BodyMind Studio was established in 1992 initially offering natural therapies and Swedish relaxation and remedial massage. Since 2009 it has expanded to incorporate Bowen technique and the Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques taught by Erik Dalton PhD, founder of Freedom from Pain Institute in the USA. The Studio is now equipped with Migun therapy beds, a Far InfraRed Sauna booth and Finnish Sauna. Naturopathic services are also available with natural remedy prescribing.
